Two vacancies will become available in 2025 to join the Board of IPC Health, so we are seeking applications from experienced Board professionals with the following expert skills:

• Financial Management, Audit, Risk - membership of a professional body (CA/CPA)
• Strategic and commercial development expertise
• Government Relations/Corporate Affairs

As an experienced Board professional you will also possess some of the following skills, experience and personal attributes:

• Alignment to IPC Health's Mission, purpose and culture.
• Ability to think and influence strategically.
• Financial literacy.
• Understanding of community health service delivery and health sector issues and trends.
• Person-centred care, service co-design.
• Critical thinker, constructive questioner.
• Collaborative approach and sophisticated communication skills.
• GAICD qualification or equivalent desirable.
