About the role

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated administrative professional to join our corporate team.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Corporate Services, this role will be pivotal in providing professional, responsive and precise administration support to our frontline teams across NSW.

We are in search of someone who can deliver exceptional service, while maintaining a professional demeanour and thriving in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys developing and implementing work systems, procedures and processes and building strong working relationships through effective communication and excellent internal customer service.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of clerical support services such as creating, editing and formatting of business documentation, diarising of meetings, data entry and file management.
  • Maintain office supplies including marketing material, stationery and kitchen products and organise venues and catering for internal meetings and training events.
  • Manage the end-to-end promotional collateral and resources distribution in partnership with frontline leaders and develop and maintain a collateral register to monitor and control stock.
  • Organise venues and catering for internal meetings and training events and support the development of content, resources, presentations and other event documentation.
  • Provide advice and support to employees and act as the go to for all facilities matters.

The perfect fit for this role will have:

  • 3 years’ experience in an administration and facilities support role.
  • Understanding of a geographically dispersed workforce and their resource needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and time management.
  • Ability to multitask and work unsupervised.
  • High attention to detail and an ability to manage and meet conflicting deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 and in navigating technology.
