Servants provides safe, affordable housing for people on low incomes across Melbourne. For 37 years we’ve prided ourselves on providing more than a bed to sleep in – we create intentional communities where every individual is treated with respect, dignity, hope and opportunity.
These values extend to our staff: we encourage initiative, love a go-getter, and genuinely care about how you are going. In the last 18 months, our team have been recognised in local and national awards, and have been featured in national news stories for their work in our community.
WORK WITH PURPOSE: We’re committed to helping end homelessness in Melbourne. You’ll be part of the solution.
FLEXIBILITY: Life happens, and we work around it. We’re open and happy to be flexible.
PASSIONATE, CARING TEAM: Be inspired and embraced by a dedicated, visionary, national award-winning team.
CONVENIENT RICHMOND OFFICE: We’re inside a stunning Waterman workspace, close to public transport, with amazing coffee just across the road.
HEALTH & WELLBEING: We care about our people. Gain access to professional support through our Employee Assistance Program.
OUR RESIDENTS: They’re the reason we do what we do – and we know you’ll love them too!
