WHO ARE YOU?

You are passionate about Spectacled Flying Foxes and have an eye for detail. You find joy in coordinating volunteers to achieve a common goal and have a solid understanding of administrative tasks including meeting coordination.

THE ROLE

As our Coordinator you will:

• Work as part of a small team to coordinate the activities of the Spectacled Flying Fox Recovery Team and ensure that the team meets its deadlines and reporting obligations.
• Provide secretariat support to and facilitate communication between the Recovery Team and its sub-groups.
• Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to facilitate engagement in Spectacled Flying Fox Recovery Plan processes and activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge and/or experience in Spectacled Flying Fox management.
• Proven experience in administrative support.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently to contribute to the Recovery Team’s success.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with a range of volunteers, subject matter experts and stakeholders.
