One Door Mental Health provides a Client Relationship Management System (CRM) for all its programs and services based on the Salesforce platform. These services are for people with mental illness and their families. The system gives ODMH the ability to derive business intelligence on the services the organisation delivers allowing strategic planning.
The CMS Development and Support Officer will work as part of a small IT support team and is responsible for maintaining, developing and providing customer support and training for the Salesforce for NDIS and Different Programs customised applications. This role will also perform daily administrative tasks. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model, working between our Parramatta office and working from home. Please note that this is a temporary full-time role to cover a period of parental leave. The position will end on 30 June 2025 or sooner, if the parental leave period concludes earlier.
