With a flexible, permanent part-time schedule (30.40hrs/fortnight), you'll work collaboratively with a supportive team to empower individuals on their journey to independence and self-management.

Pioneer Clubhouse is a safe, supportive and respectful community for adults living with mental health challenges and is located on the Sydney Northern Beaches. Pioneer is a centre-based Clubhouse. At Clubhouse, staff and members operate as one team and collaborate in all planning and decision making processes.
We work side-by-side as colleagues for tasks that include administration, running a commercial kitchen including meal preparation and maintaining the building surrounds. Members tend the vegetable garden, plan social activities and domestic tasks. Programs delivered by Clubhouse include employment and education, social events and a number of stimulating group activities that are designed to support recovery.
As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker you will assist members with mental health support needs on their journey of independence, purposeful coping, and self-management. This is attained through direct contact with members, as well as facilitating groups and supporting individuals to learn new skills. The Pioneer Clubhouse staff member will work collaboratively with individuals and team to help facilitate the best running of the clubhouse.
