ABOUT THE ROLE

Join One Door Mental Health and become a key player in transforming lives. As a Support Coordinator/Recovery Coach, you’ll empower individuals to take control of their NDIS journey, helping them achieve independence, social inclusion, and improved quality of life. As a Support Coordinator/Recovery Coach, you will assist consumers to locate the services and supports that they require to meet the goals in their plan and to maintain their linkages to other services including housing, health, and education. The Support Coordinator will also assist consumers with budgeting funds and navigating the various NDIS systems.
