Are you a reliable individual looking to grow your career in maintenance? SRV is looking for someone just like you to take on the role of Maintenance Officer.

About the Role

This job involves keeping buildings and equipment in good shape, frequently interacting with residents, doing small construction tasks, and coordinating with tradespeople.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable working largely unsupervised.

Handyman or trade work skills are highly desirable. A willingness to obtain a NDIS check is required. A valid driver’s license is essential.
