The Manager Marketing, Communications and Engagement (EMMCE) is responsible for developing, leading and implementing organisational wide communications, marketing and key stakeholder engagement strategies. The role will focus on ensuring we understand our consumers’ needs and that our key stakeholders understand and value the services we provide. A key part of the role will be maintaining effective and trusted internal and external communications with our consumers and key stakeholders, community and media. The incumbent will provide advice and support to the CEO and Executive on marketing, communications and consumer and stakeholder related areas to ensure what we do aligns not only with our strategic objectives but our consumers, key stakeholders and the community.
