About the Role

Permanent Part Time Position for Weekend Receptionist role, and also casual positions.

This position is often the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors. The receptionist must be able to work under pressure at times, handle a wide variety of activities including confidential matters with discretion.

Key Selection Criteria

This must be addressed in a cover letter to be considered:

• Exceptional customer service skills;
• A very high level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including active listening.
• Intermediate level MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• The ability to learn new IT systems
• Excellent team working skills
• The ability to work autonomously
• Flexible - with approach and work locations/hours
• The ability to remain calm and problem-solve low to medium level of complexity issues and know when it is appropriate to escalate
