Position overview:
As a Member Services Consultant you will deliver outstanding member service, acting as the main point of contact to all Simplygreen members. You will be responsible for providing salary packaging consultations, guiding clients through applications, and supporting them for the duration of their membership with clear communication and expert service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Member Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Simplygreen novated lease and salary packaging members, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and support.
- Proactively engage with members to understand their needs, preferences, and financial goals, offering personalised solutions and recommendations accordingly.
- Address members concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, always demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service.
Salary Packaging Consultation
- Provide comprehensive information and conduct consultations with members to explain the benefits and intricacies of salary packaging.
- Assist clients in understanding the salary packaging process, including eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and ongoing obligations.
Application Management
- Guide members through the salary packaging application process, collecting necessary documentation, and facilitating timely submissions to relevant stakeholders.
- Keep members informed of their application progress, addressing any delays or issues proactively to maintain transparency and trust.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lease agreements, and related documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate calculation and processing of lease payments, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Assist with the resolution of billing discrepancies, payment inquiries, and other financial admin tasks.
- Process all member administrative tasks, and other administrative tasks as directed.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to novated leasing and member services.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to optimise the member experience and operational efficiency.
Your social and Environmental Responsibilities:
- The ability to articulate Simplygreen’s commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility to our clients, members, and stakeholders.
- Participation in two volunteering days per year.
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- At least 2+ years’ experience in similar, administrative, or contact centre role.
- An understanding of automotive financing, leasing, or insurance concepts preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport and trust with people.
- To be detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.
- A willingness to adapt to changing business needs and embrace continuous learning and development opportunities.
