Sydney Multicultural Community Services (Sydney MCS) is a not-for-profit organisation with head office based in Daceyville.

Our organisation specialises in providing quality Aged Care and Disability services in the Eastern Suburbs, Sydney City,Inner West and North Sydney areas. We are urgently recruiting multiple casual Bilingual Care Worker positions to provide services to our Home Care & NDIS clients who live in their own homes across these areas.

If you speak any of the following languages then we would love to hear from you:

Spanish, Portuguese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, Croatian, Greek, Italian.

Essential criteria :

• Ability to work with CALD frail aged people and people with disability
• Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or similar; or willingness to complete relevant qualification
• Must have drivers license and access to a car
• Current police check clearance certificate
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• WWCC Working with Children
• Willing to travel to work across Sydney Inner West, Sydney City and/or Eastern Suburbs
• COVID 19 vaccination & booster certificate

Desirable skills :

• Previous experience working in aged care and/or disability services
