The Smith Family is a national children’s education charity that works with children and young people experiencing poverty to overcome their circumstances and reach their full potential by providing holistic, long-term support for their education.

We are seeking a Cloud Systems Engineer to implement, maintain and optimise workplace technology services. Reporting to the Cloud Services Manager and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of workplace technologies such as endpoint management using Microsoft Intune (Windows 10/11), deployment and support of Apple Business Manager and integration and management of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
  • Ensure continuity and optimisation of printing and AV systems (Uniflow, Poly/AV).
  • Automate routine operational tasks for increased system efficiency.

About you

As well as passion for community, you will bring the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related field
  • Microsoft certifications, ITIL Foundations or similar Network/Systems Administrator
  • Experience in managing Windows 10/11 devics through Microsoft Intune and supporting cloud infrastructure implementations
  • Cyber security knowledge and familiarity with Essential 8
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in workplace management and digital transformation
