The Smith Family is a national, independent children’s education charity, and we are currently seeking a Team Leader to join our team. Supporting teams State-wide, this role can be based in Mirrabooka or Midland in WA. Reporting to the Regional Service Delivery Manager, this pivotal role provides leadership and support to a geographically dispersed team responsible for the implementation of Learning for Life programs in accordance with practice guidelines, program fidelity requirements and internal processes, within their communities of responsibility.
