The Project Support Officer will provide administrative and project support to teams within SNAICC. The role requires strong administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills to enable the provision of timely, high-quality project and team support.
The Project Support Officer will report to the Project Manager, and will work closely with the Manager, Learning & Development to provide effective project and administrative support across both teams.
Can provide administrative support to the relevant Managers, and their broader teams.
Under the guidance of relevant Managers, undertake the following team administration and project support tasks:
Has demonstrated experience in coordinating administrative tasks, including using Microsoft Office programs.
Has an understanding of issues impacting upon Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families, and commitment to the rights, needs and aspirations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.
Has strong relationship building and interpersonal skills including the ability to work with a range of stakeholders with diverse working styles.
Possesses strong written communication and organisational skills
