As an IPS SCS Practitioner, you will undertake individualised placement support packages, with opportunities to provide training, and/or mentoring services. Special projects may also arise, as negotiated by the CEO and/or Chief of Operations. A proven understanding of child development, attachment, milestone, trauma etc delivering goal-based interventions with families and carer households will see you succeed in this role. Tertiary qualifications such as a Bachelor degree or Certificate in Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Services, or related field will be highly regarded.
