We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Development Officer to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs to equip people with the knowledge and skills they need to make a real difference. This role is part-time, 0.6 FTE.
Passionate about social justice and making a positive impact.
Proven experience in training and development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Highly collaborative and team oriented.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in working with diverse communities.
