We are seeking a passionate and highly experienced IT professionals in the areas of to join our dynamic SonderIT team.
The successful applicant must have a high level of understanding of helpdesk, Level 2-3 technical support, advanced communication skills, be able to work autonomously, have the ability to think on their feet and are able to prioritise workloads. You will possess a strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills, demonstrated high level of knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, router/switch configuration and application support. Excellent customer service and phone manner is an absolute must. Knowledge of project management and medical software is advantageous but not essential.
