We are looking for a professional and welcoming Admin assistant to be the first point of contact at Spectrum MRC. In this role, you will provide essential support to our team by managing front desk operations, greeting clients, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the organisation.
The successful candidate will be a people-person with excellent organisational and multitasking skills. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, handling inquiries, and directing clients to the appropriate services while helping maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.
