Practice Leader, Service Delivery

Purpose of this newly created full-time position:

The Practice Leader Service Delivery position is directly responsible for the overall provision of service to Spiral’s participants and supervision of Spiral’s Service Delivery Team.

This role also oversees Spiral’s Creative Programs including the "Black Box" performing arts programs and visual arts program delivered from the Centre. This role would be responsible for the development and delivery of other programs focused on skills development and learning as needs arise.

The Practice Leader will also directly manage the support provided to a defined group of participants and their support team.

The Practice Leader will also relieve in the General Manager’s role in their absence.
