Working with the team at Sports Focus and collaboratively with our broad range of partners, you will develop and coordinate physical activity participation opportunities for disadvantaged groups in our community.

We are passionate community developers that clearly understand that organised structured sport isn't for everyone and that some people in the community prefer to participate in their own way and at a location they feel safe and welcome.

Through our Together More Active program, you will gain an understanding of how disadvantaged groups such as; people with a disability, multicultural, LGBTQI+, low socio-economic and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people wish to participate in physical activity. You will then work with your identified community partners to build their capacity to provide those participation opportunities.

Furthermore, your understanding and experience in digital communications will enhance your chances to achieve amazing program outcomes, through coordinated and structured promotion via our website, e-Newsletter and social media channels. Your creativity will generate informative and appealing content that will continue to build the reputation of Sports Focus as a community leading organisation across central Victoria.
