Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial health of the organisation.
• With the CEO, develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial stability.
• Prepare financial reports and present them to the board.
• Ensure Sprout is financially compliant.

Time commitment – monthly board meetings online, AGM and other annual events, strategic planning session 1 x pa. Approx 10 hours per month.
