About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Service Delivery & Operations Manager to spearhead sustainable growth and bring unity to our team. This pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, is your chance to harness people, processes, and technology to revolutionise the customer journey through innovation and digital transformation.

You’ll lead a talented team of customer-facing coordinators, mentoring them to become a collaborative and forward-thinking force that delivers outstanding service and operational support to both internal teams and external participants.

With a focus on excellence, you’ll identify opportunities to enhance SMART’s offerings, eliminate inefficiencies, and streamline workflows—all while keeping an eye on compliance, risk, and budget management. This is your opportunity to leave your mark by making SMART Recovery even smarter.
