The HSP team provide holistic case management service under Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP) to newly arrived refugees and humanitarian entrants (Clients), including those with complex needs requiring specialised and intensive services, to build the skills and knowledge for social and economic well-being.
HSP aims to build the skills and knowledge for social and economic well-being of clients. It delivers Settlement Services to Clients through a tailored, needs-based case management approach. The relationship with the Case Manager is the foundation on which the HSP case management process is based, working in partnership with Clients and other service provider personnel, case workers and professionals involved in supporting the Client.
You will provide necessary case support to HSP clients within Housing team to deliver services related to core aspects of settlement of On-Arrival Accommodation, Initial Accommodation Support, Long Term Accommodation, Emergency accommodation and Basic household goods package.
