Join Starlight as Senior Community Manager, responsible for developing and implementing the community fundraising strategy and overseeing the delivery of Starlight's biggest & multi award winning digital fundraising campaigns Super Swim, as well as Tour de Kids, Stream Raiser, GameChangers and Starlight’s DIY fundraising program.
An exciting role leading a community fundraising team of 5, working collaboratively with the broader Starlight team nationally to deliver acquisition, conversion and retention strategies that drive sustainable income growth and a best-in-class peer-to-peer fundraiser and donor experience.
