The Role:

A new and exciting opportunity has become available to appoint a Payroll & Accounts Receivable Officer, who will be a part of a dynamic and close-knit team of professionals. 

In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and related functions, as well as accounts receivable for multiple entities. 

We are looking for a mature minded individual with an extremely high level of integrity, attention to detail, commitment to due diligence and confidentiality. 

To be successful, we are keen to hear from people who can demonstrate the following:

  • Extensive experience administering end-to-end payroll for a medium to large organisation is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of payroll related legislation, standards, awards, and regulatory bodies across multiple states, plus administration of complex payroll systems is essential
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable role
  • Highly experienced with Excel and enterprise scale ERP software
  • Possess the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work under pressure 
  • Strong numerical skills and high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Finance and/or payroll qualifications, desirable but not essential
