An exciting opportunity has become available for an Online Training Coordinator to join the vibrant and motivated team at their beautiful Caloundra Campus.

The Position

Deliver and oversee online training and assessment activities within the Certificate III Programs across the Education and Training sites. You will provide leadership to the teaching team to ensure all program activities meet service delivery and quality and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear direction to online Trainers to meet Participant and community needs in line with contractual and qualification requirements
  • Manage administration for all blended learning across Certificate III programs
  • Induct new online training staff ensuring they have comprehensive understanding of their role and responsibilities
  • Lead the teaching team to implement strategies that drive and increase Participant and class attendance KPIs
  • Work with online trainers to coordinate learning and assessment activities inline with contractual requirements and the AQF
  • Collaborate with relevant Site Managers to schedule blended classes in advance to ensure quality and sustainable program delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Demonstrated experience in contributing to continuous quality improvement processes and outcomes, including validation and moderation activities
  • Evidence of effective supervision of team members, high attention to detail, time management, planning and record keeping activities that have delivered to training program requirements
  • Must have an effective and flexible supervisory style that delivers positive outcomes across disadvantaged and culturally diverse clients

Applicants must have a current Driver Licence and have the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
