We are seeking a passionate Trainer to join our growing team to deliver a hybrid Certificate III in Business across full-time hours Monday to Friday in Casuarina on a 12 month contract.

The Position

As a Business Trainer your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver a blended Certificate III in Business course across online and in person for the students in the Darwin region.
• Complete all aspects of accredited training and assessment
• Assist with the development, design and implementation of the training program
• Provide flexible learning delivery, adapting resources and delivery methods to meet the individual needs and goals of students.
• The ability to think flexibly, problem solve and overcome challenges to meet the requirements of the contract
• Undertake accurate assessment and record keeping to ensure compliance and consistency

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this opportunity you must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a either a Diploma or higher in Adult Education; OR
• Certificate IV 40116 Training and Assessment; OR
• Certificate IV TAE40110 with relevant upgrades.
• Foundation Skills Upgrade TAESS00009 or TAESS00026 - or willing to obtain prior to commencement
• Certificate III in Business, equivalent or higher

Applicants must also have:

• A current C Class Open Driver Licence
• Hold a current OCHRE Card (or be willing obtain)
• Ability to undertake a National Police Clearance
• Rights to work in Australia
