Seniors Community Care is a longstanding community-based organisation with a vision for community care that supports the aged, frail and disabled people living within their community and supported by services to maintain their independence. Seniors Community Care is owned by St John Ambulance (Vic) who has been saving lives and delivering care and compassion throughout Victoria for 140 years. Our volunteers and our staff are the lifeblood of everything we do. We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to oversee Seniors Community Care.
The General Manager - In Home Care will be responsible for leading Seniors Community Care business to ensure that effective service delivery and quality of care standards are met. The role will oversee the operational requirements including standard of care, legislative requirements, certifications, licensing accreditation, workforce planning, systems and business operations.
