POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Service Admin role assists the Service Manager with a variety of administrative functions that support the day-to-day running of the service and is a point of contact for business stakeholders.

This is a WFH part time role of 38 hours per fortnight, which will require 3-4 hours every weekday, but the timing of those hours can be reasonably flexible.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Proven experience in administrative role with at least 3 years’ experience covering areas of:
    • Banking
    • Petty cash
    • Donations (DonorBox and EFT)
    • Assisting the Bookkeeper with End of Month preparation
    • Roster preparation
    • HR file maintenance and compliance
    • Timesheets
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to develop spreadsheets and use formula
  • Strong Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

  • Background working in social welfare environment
  • Experience with grant funding and acquittals
  • Salesforce experience
