If you're ready to take your organisational skills to the next level, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become the Executive Assistant to our Group CEO and Senior Leadership Team at St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria.

From Vinnies Shops and Soup Vans to mental health support, youth programs, and home visitation, our initiatives are designed to offer dignity, hope, and a pathway for individuals to regain control of their lives.
For over 160 years, we’ve been a trusted charitable organisation committed to social justice and community welfare. Now, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to help our CEO and Senior Leadership Team continue this important work. This role offers a unique opportunity to support senior leaders while playing a key part in driving impactful community outcomes.
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be at the centre of the CEO’s office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing high-level support across a range of critical functions. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare executive reports, and oversee key projects, ensuring that the leadership team can focus on the Society’s mission. Your ability to balance multiple priorities with grace, professionalism and confidentiality will be crucial to the success of this role.
