The Assistant Store Manager role is permanent full-time and is based at the Vinnies store in Sutherland. You will work closely with the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily store operations and effectively work with the retail team in achieving sales targets. To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in achieving and exceeding financial objectives; demonstrated strong leadership skills / potentials and excellent customer service skills. Your ability to work independently and as part of the team, and good work ethics are equally important to this role.
