Your Role

As the Compliance and Contract Administrator you will have our properties (buildings, gardens and grounds) satisfy compliance and legislative requirements, and to have works undertaken in accordance with the protocols of the Contractor Management System (CMS).

Your Responsibility 

  • Support the implementation of the Strategic Plan within their team
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform staff induction and training in the effective use of the compliance system and associated procedures.
  • Assist and support our on-site team members to understand and deliver the requirements that they incorporate in their day-to-day activities.
  • Schedule and arrange periodic audits, reviews and assurance testing.
  • Delivery of insurance and fire management processes.
  • Preparation and lodgement of annual fire safety statements
  • Coordinating SafeWork NSW lodgement of all lifts and other plant and equipment for properties.

You Will Need:

  • Relevant qualifications in property management or a related field.
  • Experience in providing administrative and support services relating to property portfolios.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and competing priorities across and within several client service streams.
  • Demonstrated ability to review and analyse business data and analytics to enable effective reporting and decision-making on operational performance.
