Your Role

As the Facility Coordinator you will manage property maintenance and repairs (planned and reactive) across the Sydney Metro and North region. The region is broadly from the south being the Sydney Eastern Suburbs and CBD to the North being the Central Coast. 

Your Responsibility 

  • Co-ordinate the day-to-day maintenance of buildings, grounds and engineering infrastructure.
  • Coordinate and support facilities management activities.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure that assets are working and operational.
  • Resolve on-site difficulties promptly, minimizing disruptions to business-as-usual activities.
  • Manage the maintenance and condition of facilities to meet compliance and operational requirements.
  • Establish Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) plan for upkeep and compliance of facilities.

You Will Need 

  • Experience in Facilities Coordinator role and/or similar property or construction experience.
  • Demonstrated relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both in-house and outsourced facilities maintenance service providers.
  • Ability to travel the region to assess the condition and standard of our facilities.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
