Your Role

The Manager, Inclusion will drive excellence in service provision by applying leading practice and evidence based approaches to deliver accessible, high quality and inclusive services. Strategically aligning our services for growth and opportunities with the sector to improve outcomes for the people we assist. Your Responsibility

  • Ensure the successful implementation of the Strategic Plan in their team.
  • Lead and manage staff and other resources to ensure the team delivers positive outcomes for people experiencing disadvantage, and support leaders when challenges arise in the course of day-to-day program delivery.
  • Ensure the development and delivery of quality programs and initiatives to achieve the key objectives of the Strategic Plan and outcomes framework.
  • Lead the implementation of evidence-based practice, service delivery models and innovative approaches to achieving positive social impact.
  • Analyse and respond to business information and oversee the implementation of feedback and evaluation processes that promote consumer participation and lead to processes of continuous improvement based on analysis of outcomes and impact.
  • Manage, monitor and analyse the operational budgets, and investigating opportunities for program sustainability.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key external and internal stakeholders that result in growth opportunities and support grassroots objectives.
  • Ensure that the Society effectively safeguards children. Ensure that staff and volunteers complete relevant pre-engagement checks (National Criminal History check, and where required Working with Children Check); act in accordance with the organisation’s Code of Conduct and Member and Vo

You Will Need

  • Relevant bachelor qualification/s in social work, human services, community development and / or experience in related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and supporting a team of professionals with diverse expertise and capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience with program management including design, delivery, coordination and evaluation.
  • Demonstrated capacity to participate in strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience working with people experiencing social disadvantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate appropriately in multiple settings and at various levels.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability
