Your Role:

The Manager, Program Delivery will be responsible for planning and overseeing high priority strategy delivery projects across the organisation, from initial ideation through to completion and building project management capability across the organisation.

Your Responsibility:

• Build project management capability within the team and across the organisation.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyse project status and, when necessary, work with key stakeholders to revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, providing day-to-day leadership on project status and changes.
• Establish and manage project-based governance and reporting both within the Strategy and Engagement directorate and across the organisation.

You Will Need:

• Relevant post-graduate qualification/s in business, management or project management and/ or Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 and/or extensive experience in project management.
• Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
• Experience as a Program Manager with a track record of successful delivery of complex strategy or transformation programs.
• Advanced project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities with a focus on fostering collaboration and accountability.
