In this rewarding role you'll coordinate and deliver comprehensive healthcare services, including detoxification, collaborating closely with a supportive team at Freeman House. You will be make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individual, who are experiencing alcohol and other drug dependence and / or mental health issues and are at risk of experiencing homelessness.
