Your Role

The Shop Supervisor in Vinnies Randwick 2031 will work on a full-time basis and will report to the Cluster Manager. The role is responsible for overseeing store operations including leading team members, customer service, visual merchandising, managing stock pricing and sorting activities and financial handling and reporting. You will have strong team leadership skills and proven retail operations skills.

Your Responsibility

  • Ensure compliance with relevant store policies and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure stock levels are regularly checked and adequate stock levels are maintained. 
  • Manage financials of the shop to ensure profitability.
  • Communicate with the Cluster Manager on a regular basis.

You Will Need

  • Ability to lead a team in a retail environment
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and manage financial targets and budgets
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended opening hours as required.
