The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the efficient operation of Bag O Rags (BoR), a seller of commercial cleaning rags. You will primarily be responsible for managing and delivering orders from customers and achieving monthly sales targets and supporting the growth of BoR. This role is based in Tweed Heads 2485 and will report to the Manager, Innovation and Business Development. Your demonstrated experience with inventory systems in a warehouse environment and proven customer service skills are vital to this role.

Your Responsibility

  • Maintain an inventory system at the warehouse to ensure that all types of products are always available
  • Ensure customer orders are processed and delivered in an efficient and timely manner through careful planning and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures on health and safety and security at the warehouse
  • Maintain appropriate sales and delivery paperwork to ensure financial record keeping is accurate
  • Ensure that all vehicles are maintained and serviced appropriately
  • Deal with customer complaints in an appropriate manner
  • Ensure that all machinery and safety equipment is utilised properly and effectively
  • Communicate and report to the Manager, Innovation and Business Development, including reporting of any safety, security and customer issues; sales, inventory and financial-related matters.

You Will Need:

  • Demonstrated experience with inventory systems and working in a warehouse environment
  • Valid forklift licence and manual driving licence with a good driving record
  • A professional attitude with a commitment to reliability, honesty and integrity
  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Self-starter that can work autonomously without direct supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills.
