About Liverty Housing

Established in 2017, Liverty Housing’s (formerly Summer Housing) mission is to expand the range and scale of diverse housing options for people with disability living in, or at risk of admission to, residential aged care, particularly younger people.

Liverty’s vision is to see all people with disability and complex care needs have the opportunity to live in high quality housing that enables them to live as independently as possible, enhancing their health, wellbeing and participation in the community.

Liverty will achieve its vision by demonstrating leading practice in housing design that enables independence and community inclusion. We will do this by commissioning at least 300 additional units of housing for people with disability.

About the Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team with a focus on digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing tactics and tools, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content creation.

You will assist in executing campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring that all digital marketing activities align with our brand’s goals and objectives. The role is also responsible for supporting the national engagement team, ensuring events, promotional materials and campaigns are executed to support their targeted engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet performance benchmarks.

Content Creation

  • Develop and curate engaging content for digital channels such as blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Use Canva and other tools create visually appealing materials.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and optimise social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics to refine strategies.

Email Marketing

  • Design, execute, and analyse email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and other key performance indicators to enhance future campaigns.

SEO/SEM

  • Assist in the optimisation of website content for search engines (SEO) and support paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and improve search rankings.

Website Management

  • Make day-to-day content updates
  • Driving continual improvement and user experience on website, recommending changes and optimisation strategies to improve engagement and CTA rates.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyse digital marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms. Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Event Management

  • Coordinate the promotion and execution of offline marketing and engagement initiatives (expos, open days, webinars, networking events), in collaboration with the Engagement team.

Collateral

  • Manage the ordering and printing of promotional items, brochures, business cards and general collateral.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support for the marketing team, including managing schedules, conducting research, organizing meetings, and maintaining digital assets.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field and/or 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and email marketing software (Mailchimp).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights to drive marketing performance.
  • Creative mindset with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience creating & editing video content is a plus.
