St Vincent's Operating Suite houses 12 theatres, 12 anaesthetic rooms and a Post Anaesthetic Care Area. We undertake over 9,000 procedures per year in a vast range of highly specialised and complex specialties over a 24 hour period, 7 days per week.
We are looking for an 8 month secondment for one full time and one part time 0.8EFT Grade 2 Registered Nurses to work within our busy Operating Suite , under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager or Associate Nurse Unit Manager. They will be responsible for the delivery of expert clinical care in their specific area. The Grade 2 Registered Nurse will be responsible for ensuring his / her own professional development in order to maintain clinical skills and knowledge.
