Our EAP is based predominantly in Warrnambool but provides services across all SWH campuses. The service is a responsive, specialised and proficient. Applications are sought from experienced, committed and dynamic social work/mental health professionals to join the team and enhance its future growth and development.
The Position is permanent with both full time and part time applicants encouraged to apply.
As an experienced Clinician with a background in counselling you will have a sound appreciation of evidence-based counselling and coping strategies. You will value the importance of compassion and confidentiality and be cognisant of organisational dynamics and the challenges that come with working in a large, complex organisation.
The successful applicant/s must have excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills and initiative, with proven ability to work autonomously and within a team, as well as an ability to demonstrate good judgement, work planning, decision-making abilities and organisational skills.
