The Specialised Residential Care (SRC) program is SYC’s therapeutic residential care program for young people aged 0 to 18 who have experienced significant trauma, abuse and neglect. This program provides 24/7 consistent care for young people to effectively develop and foster appropriate life skills and social abilities to support their personal development and increase their connection with the community.
As a Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in using your clinical expertise and evidence-based therapeutic services to provide an effective delivery of social and psychological assessments, intake and transition supports and provision of therapeutic interventions.
This role is offered as permanent full-time based in our Kent Town Head Office, however, you may be required to travel between sites.
In this role, you will have sound interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills and interest in making a positive impact to young people’s lives.
You will use your time management skills to utilise your experience and knowledge to drive the success of this program while positively impacting our team and creating opportunities for young people to thrive. To be considered for this role, you will also demonstrate:
