HYPA Housing program offer young people aged 17-25 years who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness a safe, affordable, and supportive housing option while they work towards moving into independent housing.
We are seeking a highly motivated, outcome focused Youth worker to join the team on a Full-time basis. This position is primarily located at our Kent Town head office, working across Hocking Court, Munno Para, and Smithfield HYPA housing sites.
Reporting to the HYPA Housing Team leader, you are responsible for developing and promoting a positive community in the HYPA Housing and support young people to increase their independent skills, increase their capacity and links to the local community, achieve their goals and facilitate their successful transition to independent living.
