About the Role

The Project Lead – Education and Training will lead a project developing the content and implementation of a growing training offering. The role is required to develop and monitor the schedule, deliverables, relationships, use of subject matter experts and deliver outputs on time and on budget. The time limited nature of the project means the Project Lead must be skilled in managing competing demands, prioritising work and building relationships closing loops to ensure content is approved in a timely manner.

The salary for this role is set at SCHADS Award Level 5.2

Essential

• Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in developing education and training material in health, community services or similar field.
• Experience in developing content in a range of formats including face to face, online and hybrid formats
• Experience in producing e-learning modules and utilising a learning management system.
• Demonstrated experience in using project management tools/software to track projects
• Proven experience in needs analysis and project management related to education and training programs
• Proven experience in managing key stakeholder relationships
• Track record in successfully meeting project outcomes
• Excellence in written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively

Desirable

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
• Diploma in Training and Assessment (TAE50116) or Training Design and Development (TAE50216)
• Degree and or qualifications in Health Sciences, Education, Business
• Experience working in the disability, justice, homelessness and/or health sectors
