About The Role

Talent Web are currently partnering with B Lab to secure a passionate Finance Manager to support their mission-driven organisation. This unique position combines financial oversight with strategic analysis, playing a pivotal role in both B Lab AANZ and the wider B Lab Global Network. You will manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance, and contribute to global business model initiatives, supporting our growth and influence in the B Corp movement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee outsourced accounting, prepare monthly management accounts, and manage budgeting processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, support the annual audit, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop financial models, collaborate on global initiatives, and contribute to board presentations.
  • Leadership & Process Improvement: Enhance financial processes, tools, and systems to support growth, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Operations team.

Skills and Experience

  • Qualified accountant with experience in financial controls, management accounts, and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in financial modelling.
  • Familiarity with charity statutory requirements and tax principles.
  • Proficiency in Xero and Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in strategic oversight and process improvement.

Our salary range starts from $120,000 FTE ex Super. However, we will take into consideration the expertise and experience you bring.
