The Torch is extremely pleased to launch a brand new role to support the ongoing growth and success of their arts and cultural organisation. The Torch is a not for profit Aboriginal-led arts organisation that provides art, cultural and arts industry support to First Nations people incarcerated across Victoria.

Ahead of an exciting year with four major exhibitions and ongoing program delivery, The Torch is excited to arm themselves with more support in the areas of sales, marketing and operations. About the Role

The Operations Manager will work closely with The Torch’s CEO and will be part of The Torch’s senior management team. The key functions of the role include supporting day-to-day finance tasks, People and Culture and operations of our Torch Hub in Carlton.

About you

The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organised with a strong history of office administration, business management and bookkeeping practices, exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and clients. The role will have the privilege of supporting all departments of the organisation including managing OHS and our Social Emotional and Wellbeing strategy.
