The Torch is a not for profit Aboriginal-led arts organisation that provides art, cultural and arts industry support to First Nations people incarcerated across Victoria.

About the role

As a key team member, you will manage both sales and artwork-related tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. In the sales domain, you will handle enquiries and process transactions for artwork and merchandise, including VIP and corporate clients.

You will work closely with the second Sales Coordinator, Gallery Administrator, and Art Support roles to oversee packaging priorities and collection management. In artwork management, you will be involved in pricing, online selection, photography and coordinating the framing or stretching of artworks.

About you

The ideal candidate for this role has exceptional sales skills, championing our artists and their work to a wide variety of customers. Your attention to detail will be extraordinary and you will work seamlessly with First Nations program participants to mentor them in Art Support Assistant roles. A full driver’s licence is required for this role.
