Taronga is looking for an experienced and professional Senior Relationship Manager to join a leading organisation in conservation, education, animal management and transformational guest experiences. This position will proactively engage, manage and develop relationships in order to solicit major gifts from new and existing high net worth individuals with a specific focus on securing new donors and prospecting.

The position is responsible for driving the major gifts fundraising for a range of Taronga conservation projects including capital campaigns.
Proactively engage, manage and develop relationships in order to solicitor major gifts from new and existing high net worth individuals with a specific focus on securing new donors and prospecting. The role holder will build and manage a portfolio of approximately 100-120 gift prospects, with a focus on securing gifts of $50k+. Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager and the major gifts team in the delivery of fundraising activity to achieve fundraising targets set by the Taronga Foundation.
