TaylorCare Recruitment is proud to partner with Jade Therapy Support a vibrant NDIS therapy service provider to exclusively recruit for an experienced Occupational Therapist in Casula, NSW.

A new role as a Mobile Occupational Therapist has been created to join a growing NDIS multidisciplinary team of psychologists, speech pathologists, speech therapists and support workers.

The Mobile Occupational Therapist role involves travelling to client/participants' homes, schools and other locations to provide occupational therapy services.

The clients/participants are a mix of children (majority), teenagers and adults. The Mobile Occupational Therapist will be responsible for administering evidence-based therapy and develop treatment/support plans.

The role involves the following:

• Providing treatment/support plans for clients/participants with varying needs from Autism, ADHD, developmental delay, sensory processing and fine/gross motor skill development
• Administering standardised functional assessments and non-standardised assessments
• Assisting clients/participants to reach their independent living and life skill goals

About You

Our ideal candidate is someone with 2 years+ paediatric experience and an understanding of NDIS processes (but not essential). You love the ability to work autonomously, thrive on building relationships and enjoy contributing professionally to a multidisciplinary environment.

Ideally, you will:

• Have experience with paediatric caseload
• Be capable of administering a range of assessments
• Be able to work independently and as a team
• Be registered with AHPRA
• Have great time management skills
• Have experience with NDIS processes (preferred not essential)
• Have Working with Children Check
• Have Police Check
• Have CPR
